Alexander's words were like a bombshell exploding in the meeting room. Whispering erupted from every corner of the table as surprised and fearful glances turned toward Olivia, then shifted to the three flight attendants.

Caroline, Richard, and Diane remained motionless, a flood of panic surging through them. Caroline gasped for breath, her mind reeling, unable to believe what she had just heard. Richard, once confident, now seemed to lose all composure, his eyes darting around the room searching for an escape that didn't exist. Diane trembled even more, tears welling in her eyes.

Despite clearly feeling the weight of the scrutinizing gazes around her, Olivia stood tall, calm, and strong. Her voice rang out softly but clearly, with such inner strength that it commanded everyone in the room to listen intently.

"I am not here to seek personal revenge, nor to demand any privileges for myself. I am here to remind you all that discrimination and injustice are not personal issues. They are issues for all of us, for society as a whole. I endured this pain yesterday, but there are many others who endure the same every day without the opportunity to speak up."

Olivia's words left the room even more silent, a wave of shame and regret rising in everyone's hearts, especially those directly responsible for the incident.

Caroline, unable to bear the pressure of Olivia's stern gaze, jumped to her feet as a reflex. Her voice trembled as she tried to explain. "Mrs. Bennett, I really didn't know who you were. I was just following... following the rules. I didn't mean to offend you."

Olivia looked calmly at Caroline, her gaze sharp but not harsh, her voice still gentle yet powerful. "Exactly because you didn't know who I was, your treatment of me yesterday highlights the root of the issue. Would you have made the same unreasonable demands of a white passenger dressed more elegantly? You treated me based on unconscious biases that you didn't even realize you had. This is the most dangerous thing, and it's what I hope everyone in this room will recognize and change."

Caroline stood frozen, unable to say another word. Richard lowered his head even further while Diane silently wiped away the tears that had started to spill down her cheeks.

Olivia continued, her voice growing clearer and more resolute as if to reach the very core of everyone present. "I've lived long enough to understand that punishing a few individuals will not solve the root of this problem. What we need is a fundamental change from how we think, how we act, to how we train employees in the workplace. Only when we truly understand the diversity and dignity of every individual will Summit Airlines truly live up to the values Alexander strives for."

Alexander gently placed his hand on his mother's shoulder, his gaze full of respect and gratitude. He continued his mother's words, his voice now filled with determination and unwavering clarity.

"I hope we will all never forget today. From this moment forward, Summit Airlines will commit itself to fighting against any form of discrimination or prejudice. We will not only be a successful airline economically, but more importantly, a place where every passenger, no matter who they are, will always be respected and treated equally."
