And in Olivia's eyes, filled with determination and hope, Alexander knew that today's decision was not just the best way to address the current issue, but also the right path to make Summit Airlines a company truly worthy of the trust and respect of everyone.

Three months after the historic meeting at Summit Airlines headquarters, summer had begun to give way to the golden hues of fall. On another flight with Summit Airlines, Olivia gently sat by the window in first class. The familiar view outside remained, but this time the atmosphere felt different.

The profound changes that Alexander had committed to implementing seemed to be having a clear impact, noticeable even in the looks and attitudes of the flight attendants. Olivia slowly gazed out the window, watching the white clouds drift by, but her mind was reflecting on the events of the past.

Over the last three months, she had witnessed many changes in how Summit Airlines trained and treated its employees. But what she was most curious about now was the internal change, the real transformation in the thoughts and actions of the people who had once caused her pain.

At that moment, a familiar voice gently spoke next to her, pulling Olivia from her thoughts. "Hello, Mrs. Bennett. May I bother you for a moment?"

Olivia looked up and immediately recognized Richard. Gone was the arrogant, cold demeanor from their first encounter. Richard now appeared with a slightly embarrassed, even shy expression. His eyes met Olivia's, filled with sincerity, remorse, and a deep desire to share something very important.

"Of course, Richard," Olivia replied gently, her voice encouraging, as if urging him to say whatever was weighing on his heart.

Richard sat down beside Olivia, his hands tightly intertwined as if trying to maintain the last bit of calm before saying the hardest thing. He took a deep breath and began, his voice trembling but filled with earnestness.

"I've been waiting for a long time to have a chance to meet you again, Mrs. Bennett. I truly want to offer you my sincerest apologies for what I did to you on that flight. Over the past three months, since I was reassigned to customer service and worked in economy class, I've experienced things I never thought I would. Those experiences have really made me rethink a lot."

Olivia looked at Richard intently, saying nothing, just quietly listening. Richard continued, going deeper.

"You know, the first time I served passengers in economy class, I felt very suffocated and uncomfortable. I asked myself why I had to serve in this area, but then I slowly realized that it was those thoughts that were the biggest problem. I had always placed myself above others, thinking I had the right to decide who deserved respect and who didn't."
