The meeting room fell into a deep silence after Olivia and Alexander's firm words. No one dared speak. All the board members' gazes were fixed on the stack of files that Olivia had just placed on the table, a thick, cold pile of documents lying there like an indictment, waiting for the moment when brutal truths would be revealed.

Olivia calmly walked forward, flipping through each page with a serene yet decisive air. Her voice rang out, slow but clear, making everyone in the room feel the weight of her words.

"I understand that my case is not the only one, and it is certainly not the first time such discriminatory acts have occurred at Summit Airlines. What you are about to see in these files is the clearest evidence that our system has silently condoned and encouraged a culture of unconscious but deeply dangerous racial prejudice."

She flipped through the pages quickly, the images and statistical data coming to light as if each page contained a powerful accusation of a truth everyone had been avoiding but could no longer deny.

"In just the past three months," Olivia continued, "I've identified over 27 cases of passengers being discriminated against on Summit Airlines flights. Of those, 23 cases involved passengers or members of other minority ethnic groups. They were questioned, suspected, and even asked to leave their legally purchased seats."

Olivia paused for a moment, her sharp gaze sweeping across everyone in the room, causing many to lower their heads in avoidance as the truth laid bare before them grew more evident.

An older board member, Mr. William Harris, broke the tense silence, attempting to explain weakly. "Ms. Bennett, I'm sure these are just isolated mistakes in our management system. Summit Airlines has always been committed to ensuring fairness for all passengers."

But Olivia immediately cut him off with a firm and sharp voice, as cutting as a knife. "Mr. Harris, the most frightening thing is not the intentional acts of discrimination, but the unconscious biases we all think are harmless. It's your complacency, and that of those of you in leadership, that has allowed this culture of prejudice to take root deeply at every level of the staff, creating those isolated mistakes that repeat over and over."

Olivia continued to open the file, presenting specific details that left the entire board stunned. "Take the case of Jamal Thompson last month, a entrepreneur who was forced to leave his business-class seat due to a supposed system error. The truth is, he was questioned by the flight attendants simply because they believed a young man couldn't sit in business class without raising suspicion."

She continued with another case. "Or the case of Mrs. Rosa Mendoza, a Latina woman with the highest membership tier of the airline, who was repeatedly questioned about the validity of her membership card by check-in staff and was ultimately forced to wait for an extended period while all the white passengers were served quickly and courteously."

Olivia's voice grew firmer with each example, and the board members lowered their heads in embarrassment and pain. "All these incidents were recorded but were marked as small misunderstandings or technical glitches in the official reports from Summit Airlines. This shows that our system not only failed to identify and address incidents of discrimination, but it also quietly covered them up, turning them into harmless errors while they were, in reality, blatant acts of racial prejudice."
