"Therefore, I have decided to implement the most comprehensive and forceful reform program this company has ever seen. Not just in management, but more importantly in people and awareness. From today onwards, Summit Airlines will implement a mandatory training program on racial discrimination and social bias for all employees, from top management to the lowest-level staff. We will never allow an incident like what happened yesterday to happen again."

The board members exchanged looks of both seriousness and agreement. Some nodded, confirming that they would wholeheartedly support the new plan. Alexander continued, providing more clarity.

"This training program will not be merely symbolic. It will be developed by leading experts in human rights and racial equality. I want every Summit Airlines employee to fully recognize the unconscious biases they may have and learn how to completely eliminate those misconceptions from their daily actions."

Alexander turned his gaze toward the three flight attendants still sitting in silence, Caroline, Richard, and Diane. His voice became especially stern, yet remained fair.

"As for Caroline, Richard, and Diane, the ones directly responsible for the unfortunate incident, I will not choose to fire you immediately, although I have every right to do so. Instead, I want you to truly understand where the problem lies. I have decided to transfer you to the customer service department and have you serve in economy class for the next three months. That will be a time for you to experience a more grounded reality, to better understand the human values we must always respect, no matter who they are, what their skin color is, or how they dress."

Caroline lowered her head even further. Her face flushed with embarrassment, but there was also a sense of relief as she realized that the opportunity for change still remained. Richard and Diane no longer carried their initial arrogance. They silently nodded, accepting the harsh but educational punishment.

Alexander proceeded with even more sweeping reform decisions, his voice stronger and clearer than ever.

"That's not all. I will also be overhauling our entire personnel policy. From now on, all employee evaluations will not only be based on typical work-performance criteria, but will also consider commitment to values of equality and diversity. Any discriminatory behavior, whether unconscious or deliberate, will be dealt with severely and may even lead to immediate termination."

He turned to the head of human resources sitting at the end of the table and spoke clearly. "I require the HR department to review all current evaluation policies, build a new system where compliance and the clear demonstration of diversity and anti-discrimination values are placed at the forefront. This is not something we can take lightly any longer. Summit Airlines must become a symbol of absolute respect and equality for every passenger, regardless of their background or ethnicity."

The entire board nodded in unison, showing strong agreement with the sweeping reform plan Alexander had just outlined. Some began quickly jotting down notes, clearly determined that today's words would not remain theoretical, but would be turned into real, tangible action.

Finally, Alexander concluded strongly. "I know that this process of change will not be easy, but Summit Airlines must do this, not only because of our responsibility to society, but also for the dignity of the human being. We are not changing just for the company's reputation but, more importantly, because it is the right thing to do. I believe each person in this room has the ability and responsibility to lead this change."
