Olivia quietly sat down in a cramped seat in the economy class, feeling the humiliation and shame deeply. But she knew clearly that her fight had just begun. She was determined now. She would not stop. She would not remain silent. She would return, not just to seek justice for herself, but for all the others who had to endure the same humiliation and coercion as today.

The airplane silently flew through the white clouds, leaving behind the city of Denver, now far in the distance. Olivia sat quietly in her economy seat, trying to hold on to the last bit of calm amid the humiliation she had just endured. The painful emotions, shame, and silent anger were constantly bubbling up within her, but she knew she could not let those feelings defeat her.

As soon as the plane landed at Boston Airport, Olivia hurried off the plane, her gaze determined. She immediately opened her phone. Unread messages and dozens of missed calls from her son, Alexander Bennett, appeared on the screen, signaling that he already knew about the incident that had occurred on the flight.

Olivia sighed and called Alexander right away. As soon as the phone rang, Alexander's voice came through, filled with worry and anger. "Are you okay, Mom? I know everything now. I can't believe this happened on my own airline." His voice was tense and furious.

Olivia knew her son better than anyone. Alexander was strong, decisive, and always determined to fight against any injustice, especially discrimination. She also knew that in his anger, her son would be ready to make the most drastic decisions, including firing those responsible immediately.

"I'm fine, Alex," Olivia replied gently, trying to calm the anger rising in her son. "But what happened today really hurts me, not just because I was humiliated, but because it shows how deeply embedded the prejudice is in a place where you've tried to build the most equal environment possible."

There was silence for a moment on the other end, then his voice became cold and more decisive than ever. "I will not let this go. Caroline, Richard, and Diane, the ones who directly caused this, will be fired immediately. Summit Airlines cannot harbor people like them."

Olivia understood how Alexander felt. He was both furious at the shame his mother had to endure and disappointed and hurt by the fact that his own employees had betrayed the values he had worked so hard to nurture. But Olivia also realized that if Alexander handled this situation with only temporary anger, the root of the problem would remain forever.

She decided to speak up, her voice calm, yet firm. "Alex, I know you're very angry, and so am I. But if you just fire those three, nothing will change. You need to look beyond that. The problem isn't just with those three individuals, it's everywhere in your company, in how employees are trained and treated. And deeper still, it lies in the biases they don't even recognize."

After hearing his mother, Alexander's tone softened slightly, but his frustration was still clearly evident. "What do you think I should do now? How can I let them continue working at Summit Airlines after what they did to you?"

Olivia sighed softly, but she knew she had to remain steadfast to help her son see the bigger picture. She spoke slowly.
